We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated senior clinical pharmacist to work closely with the community-based staff and be responsible for: Establishing a baseline and database of HDAT (High Dose Antipsychotic Therapy) prescribing within the STaTT community teams. Education & Qualifications

Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Non-Medical Prescribing Qualification. Experience

Experience of delivering a clinical pharmacy service including prescribing. Experience of working in mental health. Evidence of sound technical pharmaceutical & clinical knowledge to optimise safe and effective use of medicines. Experience of policy/procedure writing and implementation. Experience in cost improvement programmes/managing changes. Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing. Able to plan own workload with priorities and objectives and cope with conflicting pressures. Able to work as a team and independently. Ability to influence the prescribing practice of others. Evidence of involvement in education and training. Disclosure and Barring Service Check

Salary: £50,952 to £57,349 per annum pro rata.
