Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients. This role requires a thorough understanding of medication administration, patient care protocols, and anatomy knowledge to deliver effective nursing services in various clinical settings. Responsibilities Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised care plans. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in medical procedures and ensure a safe environment for patients during treatments. Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Skills Proficient in medication administration with a keen attention to detail. Strong patient care skills, ensuring comfort and dignity for all individuals under care. Solid knowledge of human anatomy to support effective treatment planning and execution. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining a calm demeanour. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively within a dynamic healthcare setting.
