My client is a regional civil engineering contractor looking to onboard a foreman for an ongoing project being delivered in South East Wales. They operate across multiple sectors including infrastructure, commercial/industrial, and rail. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of earthworks and heavy civils.
Foreman Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the project manager. Managing plant, labour, and materials. Plant and machinery inspections. Task briefings. Detailed record keeping. Health and safety compliance. Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site. Ensuring works are being completed in accordance with drawings and specifications. Foreman Requirements:
Right to work in the UK. NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification. CSCS - Gold/White/Black. SSSTS/SMSTS. First aid certification. Strong experience with bulk earthworks.
