Annual Salary: To be discussed Flexible depending on experience/qualifications and skills Location: Felixstowe Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Office-based Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM We are seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to join our team in Felixstowe. This role involves managing a large ledger and working within a global company with over 250 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective credit control systems, chasing payments, and ensuring financial stability within the company. Day-to-day of the role:

Chasing payments via email and telephone communications to ensure timely payment of invoices. Posting cash allocations accurately and efficiently. Setting up new accounts and conducting thorough credit checks. Performing risk assessments to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers. Liaising with the Financial Manager (FM) to discuss and resolve financial discrepancies and issues. Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth financial operations. Collaborating with other departments across global offices to ensure consistency in financial practices. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role. Strong understanding of credit control procedures and financial policies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to manage a large ledger and handle multiple accounts efficiently. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
