As a Enterprise Risk Analyst, you'll support the ongoing maintenance of the Society's Enterprise Risk Management Framework to ensure the Society's principal risks are appropriately identified, measured, monitored, and reported. You will: Support the maintenance of the Society's Governance Structure ensuring that the nature and flow of responsibilities align to industry standards and regulatory expectations (e.g. Senior Manager Regime). Support the maintenance of the Society's Strategic Risk Appetite and carry out independent validation and monitoring of associated reporting. Support the maintenance of the Society's Policy Management Framework (PMF) ensuring that all Level 1 policies and supporting limits/standards are aligned to Principal Risks. Operate and maintain the Enterprise Risk Reporting system covering the full range of principal risks, including assisting the drafting of consolidated risk reporting for the Board (Heatmap) and the Board Risk Committee (CRO report). Promote a positive and consistent Risk Culture across the Society and support ERMF training and education. Support the drafting of the risk management framework sections of the Society's Annual Report and Accounts; Pillar 3 Disclosures, ICAAP, Recovery Plan and climate risk TCFD report. Adhere to all relevant regulatory rules and guidance applicable to the role. Maintain required standards of the Conduct Rules at all times in accordance with prevailing regulatory requirements. Maintain full awareness of and conformance to the Risk Management Framework including but not limited to the Information Security and Data Governance supporting frameworks.
