What You’ll Be Doing:

Create new Products & Purchase Orders on internal system Report shortages to suppliers within required time frame Monitor supplier service level (lead time of stock, cancellations, shortages) Liaise with suppliers to get updates regarding late deliveries and urgent stock Raise supplier offers and distribute to the Sales Team Book in supplier deliveries in the diary Arrange collections from suppliers Providing administrative-cover support to other office departments when required Resolve any Buying queries from Sales Team What You’ll Bring:

Experience in a previous “buying” role, team or department would be hugely beneficial Very strong customer service skills that leave a lasting impression. Superb administrative abilities and attention to detail. Fantastic written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management ability. A positive, can-do attitude.
