What you will do: Collaborate with service users to assess their needs, identify options for meeting those needs, and develop appropriate support plans. Conduct safeguarding enquiries and take the necessary actions to protect vulnerable adults from harm or abuse. Provide crucial support during complex social and family crises, making informed decisions to ensure the safety and well-being of service users. Work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement care plans that enhance autonomy and well-being. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedural frameworks, such as the Care Act 2014, to maintain lawful and ethical practices. With a strong social work value base, bring your relational and strengths-based approach to this role, demonstrating sound assessment skills, professional curiosity, and the ability to challenge constructively.
