Provide crucial support during complex social and family crises, making informed decisions to ensure the safety and well-being of service users. Work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement care plans that enhance autonomy and well-being. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedural frameworks, such as the Care Act 2014, to maintain lawful and ethical practices.
