Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings and adhering to Infection Control policy and procedures. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and residents. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines. Handle waste disposal in accordance with company policies. Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or repairs needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations. Perform deep cleans each day to ensure standards are met. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
