About the Role Earning a base salary of £22,360, plus £3000 Travel Allowance and Uncapped Commission Potential (OTE £44,000 - £50,000), you will be someone who is motivated, ambitious, customer and target-driven. Someone who enjoys chatting and helping people, interacting with the public, with the ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport. You’ll be someone able to sell at a sales event and market locally to members of the public within a set region while building the brsk brand to drive uptake of our broadband services in the area. This is a venue-based role, based on pre-booked and pre-paid sites at a vast array of shows, events, supermarkets and smaller stores, town centres, shopping malls and even rail stations. The working week may vary according to the venues you work and you should aim to be there when footfall is at its maximum. This means that brsk will structure your week using data analysis of highest footfall per site to set you up for the best success rate. This may mean that you will be required to be flexible Monday to Sunday as weekends are known for high footfall. Job Purpose: As a Venue Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling a range of state-of-the-art new broadband and telecoms products to prospects in pre-booked, pre-paid high footfall sites in your area. Based in our Lancashire region on a day-to-day basis. Able to consistently achieve set weekly and monthly activity and opportunity targets. Carry and exceed your own sales targets via face-to-face sales. Maintaining Sales Pipeline and updating customer records on the database. Key Requirements: We are looking for people who have venue sales, events sales, direct sales or face to face sales experience. Demonstrate self-confidence, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to persuade. Enthusiasm, a drive to succeed, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are key for this role. A drive for excellence and high attention to detail, a desire to learn and grow. Excellent awareness of the area. Excellent time management and punctuality. Driving licence and own vehicle.
