Ready to lead the charge in product development from conception to launch? Join Our Team as a Development Chemist! This role offers you the opportunity to work with partners around the world to develop cutting-edge products that meet consumer needs and market trends. You will spearhead new product ideas and claims based on thorough consumer research and oversee the entire product lifecycle, from feasibility studies to market launch. This role will primarily focus on our baby-care products. This position is a fixed-term contract initially for 12-months. Key Responsibilities: Product Development:

Formulate and develop products alongside global partners, aligning with consumer insights and market trends. Portfolio Management:

Oversee and enhance our existing portfolio of products. Research & Innovation:

Initiate new product concepts and create compelling demonstrations for innovative solutions. Technical Support:

Collaborate with Marketing, Quality Control, and Packaging departments to provide essential technical support. Safety & Validation:

Conduct laboratory and clinical tests to ensure product efficacy and safety. Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor Junior Development Chemists and interns, guiding them to achieve their goals. What are we looking for? Excellent Communication:

Strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective project teams across functions. Self-Motivation:

A proactive attitude with the ability to plan, use initiative, and solve problems creatively. Technical Proficiency:

Advanced IT skills, especially in Microsoft software, with the ability to present information clearly. Flexibility:

Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe and maintain contact with teams in the US and Australia. Educational & Professional Background: Industry Experience:

Proven expertise in FMCG, particularly in baby care formulation. Academic Credentials:
