Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating outstanding customer confidence in the aftersales service offered by Jardine Motors Group by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care. The role exists to maximise aftersales profitability by converting predicted service and routine maintenance event call leads into booked retail hours. You will operate as a key member of the service team working together to achieve department targets. Additionally, you will keep abreast of all Dealer and Brand offers to maximise customer retention and potential upsell opportunities. Log all contact, bookings, and customer record amendments accurately on appropriate systems. Use every calling opportunity to improve the customer database, establish and record customer contact preferences. Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience in an Aftersales environment is preferable. Good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts. Good attention to detail. Flexible and enjoy working in a team environment. Committed to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service. Excellent communicators, organised and have great inter-personal skills.
