As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll provide one-on-one technical and sales coaching/mentoring to our Life & Health Advisers. Key Responsibilities: Achieve new business growth Maintain client retention and service levels Support good client outcomes Adhere to legislative standards and FMG best practices About You: Leadership experience in Personal and Business Life Insurance markets – this is essential!
