We do it together: High-risk work requires teamwork and trust. Everyone plays a crucial role in delivering safely and successfully. Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and organising H&S records, such as incident reports, Method Statement, Risk assessments. Schedule safety training sessions and update training records. Monitor and replenish H&S supplies, such as PPE and first aid kits. Prepare H&S documentation, including policies and procedures. Support audits by compiling data and organising relevant documents. Liaise with external sub-contractors to ensure H&S inspections and certifications are up-to-date. Assist with 1 recorded site visit per month. Maintain client H&S portals. Maintenance of site register. Required Competence: Basic understanding of H&S principles and willingness to learn industry regulations. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, and document management systems). Strong organisational and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in H&S (e.g., IOSH) is an advantage. Relevant information: This will be discussed at interview stages. Candidates will be expected to work a potential pattern of Monday-Friday, suiting the needs of the Business. Flexibility may be granted for the ideal candidate.
