This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week required onsite in Wokingham for close collaboration with developers, analysts, and testers. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using SaaS, PaaS, Azure Cloud Tech, and VMware. Develop and maintain the enterprise-wide infrastructure strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's business goals and IT strategy. Advise on emerging technologies, including Azure Entra ID, Exchange, M365, and VDI solutions to enhance infrastructure capabilities and efficiency. Oversee on-prem to cloud migrations, ensuring seamless transition and integration with existing infrastructure. Design and optimize infrastructure for physical data centres, CISCO R&S, and hybrid cloud environments. Ensure infrastructure security and compliance, implementing best practices and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Lead and collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Present infrastructure designs and updates to governance boards, providing clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills/Must have: Extensive experience in SaaS, PaaS, Azure Cloud Tech, VMware, and VDI solutions. Strong knowledge of Azure Entra ID, Exchange, and M365 for enterprise solutions. Expertise in solution design, strategy roadmaps, CISCO R&S, and on-prem to cloud migrations. Proven leadership experience, managing complex infrastructure projects and cross-functional teams.
