Web Platforms Product Owner
to join their friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful Product Owner will work closely with teams and stakeholders at all levels, and will research, plan and deliver a roadmap of requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure web delivery platforms are effective and provide an excellent customer experience. Research, analyse and assess customer pain points. Write and prioritise user stories for use within an Agile/Sprint delivery process. Work closely with internal and external development teams to design and develop solutions that will successfully deliver each new enhancement. Ensure User Stories have well-defined acceptance criteria to support testing activities. Support training users on CMS platforms, SEO best practices and provide ad-hoc support to content creation and publishing teams. Key Skills/Requirements:
Proficient in HTML and CSS. At least 2 years' experience in the web platforms software development life cycle. Business Analysis experience. Knowledge of Google Analytics and web platform monitoring tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a non-technical audience. Company Benefits:
