VENDOR SPECIALIST

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Vendor Specialist. In this position, you will be aligned with one of our current vendors, working with the vendor, our base of channel partners, and our virtual teams to help manage, develop, and optimise sales of the Vendor's products and services. You will be a part of a fun, diverse team based in Newmarket.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS? You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within the vendor(s). The aim of the role is to have full responsibility for acquiring, developing, and retaining business within partner accounts across the aligned vendor(s) technology portfolio. Identify new partners and engage and enable accordingly to onboard and drive incremental sales. Respond to and manage incoming queries in our team mailboxes and loop in our virtual teams where necessary. Pipeline management of outbound quotes alongside regular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, providing detail for both short- and long-term deals. Giving support to sales function, providing sales support activities for the order to invoice process (quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, and troubleshooting other customer problems). Acting as Product Specialist and developing knowledge of Vendor product portfolio. Take responsibility for self-development in both product knowledge and job competencies, achieving all objectives set.

Delivers Results (Drive for Results). Influence and Relationship Building (Peer Relationships). Sound business acumen and ability to understand and interact with customers of all types. Negotiating. Effective communication with people at all levels. Fluency in English.
