Are you ready to make a real difference? As a Business Analyst - Programmes, you will play a vital role in delivering projects that align with LiveWest's strategic objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, translating business requirements into solutions that enhance customer and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Facilitating workshops and meetings to support project planning and analysis. Developing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, action trackers, and RAID logs. Translating business needs into system functionality by working with the IT teams and external suppliers. Supporting testing activities, including creating test scripts, conducting tests, and guiding end-users through changes. One is a full-time, permanent position, the other is a full-time, fixed-term position for up to 12 months. You can be based in any of our three offices - Exeter, Weston-super-Mare, or Tolvaddon, with hybrid working (2 - 3 days per week in the office, dependent on business need). Interviews for this role will take place week commencing 27 January 2025. Minimum Requirements: A natural problem solver, with a passion for delivering change. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships. A proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a dynamic environment. Proven experience in project work, with the ability to develop test scripts and guide end-users through changes. Strong IT skills, including a proficiency in MS Office. A Project or Change Management qualification.
