Role Overview
The role of the Project Manager - Civils & Groundworks will involve: Managing a range of groundworks for the modular building market sector. Monitoring all site activity, organizing site workers, collating risk assessments, and conducting health and safety checks. Organizing the timely delivery of all necessary materials on site. Liaising with clients and providing project reports. Maintaining a good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation. Documenting all contract-related correspondence electronically, identifying and recording progress and issues. Managing project sizes that can vary from £50,000 to £1,500,000. Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will have: 3+ years project management experience in groundworks, reinforcement, drainage, foundations, civil engineering, or modular construction. IT literacy (Microsoft Office). A full UK driving license. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ambition and a desire to succeed and grow with the company. Personable qualities, being a team player, problem solver, driven, and enthusiastic.
