You will start by building your network and leading outreach to potential candidates for specialist roles at your clients' companies, recruiting for specialists within A.I, robotics, semiconductors, automotive, IOT and many more. As Trainee Consultant, you'll bridge the gap between top tech talent and blue-chip clients, shaping the futures of individuals and organisations alike. You'll work independently to source candidates and negotiate deals, all while growing professionally and personally within a peer-coached environment. Responsibilities
Take the lead in the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to negotiating deals. Use a tactful approach to match the right candidate with the appropriate business. Apply strategic thinking to solve daily recruitment challenges. Overcome obstacles and manage risks to ensure placement success. Requirements
Strong academic record. Demonstrable strong work ethic. Competitive aptitude, preferably with sports background. Ability to influence and negotiate. Benefits
