The Technology department’s Change Team is responsible for supporting the business to meet its goals around using technology effectively. As a Business Analyst in this team, you will be working with key business stakeholders to define what technology best suits the business and how it could be used. Job Duties

Supporting a project or a piece of business change through to the best outcome for the business. Requirements elicitation, documentation and analysis: working with stakeholders to clearly articulate and document the needs of the business when considering a change. Business impact assessments: assessing and documenting the impacts associated with a change. Business case creation and validation: working with various stakeholders to ensure that the business cases have well founded assumptions and are comprehensive. Process mapping: documenting business processes as formal process maps. Document an approach to a particular piece of work, estimate it and provide timely and accurate reporting on its progress. Support business stakeholders with the prioritisation of any business requirements, using industry standard techniques. Work alongside technical stakeholders to ensure that optimal solutions are built or bought. Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Experience of working in software delivery. Be interested in working in the gambling industry. Be able to work semi-autonomously. Be able to write excellent requirements. Be able to design solutions at a high level and make decisions about the best way to solve a problem. Impeccable attention to detail. Be able to manage stakeholders of various levels. Be able to produce clear and concise documentation or an exceptional standard. Be analytical in your approach and clear in your communication. A solid understanding of digital technology and the software development lifecycle. Experience in the gaming industry. Experience with JIRA/confluence and BPMN. What is in it for me?
