As a Shop Supervisor, you will support the Shop Manager in:
Managing day-to-day shop operations.
Driving sales growth.
Delivering outstanding customer service.
Training, developing, and motivating your team.
Hygiene and food safety compliance.
Taking responsibility for the shop in the absence of the Manager.
You will need to have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment; however, this is not essential. You will have a strong work ethic and a hands-on "can do" mentality.
