National Development Manager (NDM)

will lead the design, development, and implementation of new service propositions for all prospective customers in the none-core market space. You will identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players, including suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders, negotiate partnership agreements, and develop mutually beneficial relationships. The NDM will conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends and analyze market data to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities. Your core responsibilities Provide and own a defined strategy to develop commercial offerings for our new and existing customers. To develop these offerings and bring to market in a planned and controlled way working closely with Finance, Project Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer services. Achieve sales growth targets of £3.0m annual sales. Develop internal relationships to build collaboration strategies with other divisions to maximize market presence. Provide research & development of new sales strategies to enable exposure and expansion to new marketplaces. Stay up to date on competitor developments and industry trends, sharing intelligence and contributing to the business strategy. Evaluate each commercial project and make recommendations to the I&C Executive team. Our essential requirements 5 years new business development experience, with a track record of securing high-value contracts (>£1M). Demonstrated success in fostering long-term business relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. Strong public and private sector bid and tender management experience.
