The Role

As our Social Content Creator, you’ll have great ideas and produce engaging, thumb-stopping social content. You’ll be clued up on social trends, know how to use editing software, stay tuned into trending sounds and fluent in memes. Collaborating closely with the rest of the social team, you’ll play a lead role in idea generation, shoot and produce the content so it’s platform ready, and be comfortable turning around reactive content ideas quickly. You’ll work with our growing social team to create the best work, content that is native, culturally relevant, engaging and gets the nation talking. Working alongside a Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll be leading the TikTok account for one of our agency’s biggest clients, so a strong proactive attitude is required. What you’ll be doing

Leading on and shooting creative ideas for social in line with brand strategy and guidelines, creating memorable content that gets our audience talking. Develop the end-to-end creative, from initial idea right through to final asset production, even producing & starring in your own TikToks on occasion! Undertake simple retouching and editing of your assets through tools like Adobe Suite and Capcut. TikTok is a big focus for many of our clients right now so you’ll likely be making a lot of content for that channel, but you should have the ability to create for all major social channels. Channel and community management across TikTok and Meta, including proactive and reactive engagement with audiences. Use trends and cultural insights to produce reactive content. Requirements:

2-5 years experience as a Content Creator or similar. Experience shooting content on a phone is essential. Previous experience for a global brand/agency. Able to come to our London office 3-4 days per week. Knowledge of what great social content looks like and what gets people talking. Someone who is used to working in a reactive way due to the ever-changing social landscape. Knowledge of editing tools, including Capcut and Adobe Suite. Must be fluent in English – Spanish or Portuguese would be a bonus! Nice to have but not essential:
