Experienced Office Administrator , you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks, utilising your strong computer skills and organisational abilities to enhance efficiency. With a solid background in office experience, you will manage data entry, book work for engineers, maintain records, invoice work on completion and assist with other tasks using bespoke company databases. Experience in a busy office-based service environment is required. Opportunities for progression are available. Full training on our systems is provided. Job Duties:

Working to the established office procedures to ensure smooth running of all interlinking parts of the business Scheduling of workload for engineers and contractors in an efficient manner Timely communication with engineers and contractors regarding changes to workload or emergency call outs, on a day-to-day basis Customer and Client telephone communication both incoming and outgoing, regarding servicing dates, breakdowns, queries etc. Customer and Client invoicing through the database, dealing with payments, cash, cheque, debit/credit cards Dealing with customer queries in an efficient and pro-active manner Handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing and administration Working on and maintaining database Person Specification:

Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) standard with grade C or above in English, Maths and ICT. Experience in Excel, Word and databases essential. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy service-environment clerical / admin role Good organisational and communication skills essential Attention to detail critical Ability to multi-task and project manage, using own initiative to solve problems as they arise Ability to self-motivate and work as part of a team without close supervision Job Types:
