Salary

- £55,000-£60,000 Basic + £90k OTE + car/car allowance, laptop, mobile, health, 8% pension contribution.

The Role

A leading global manufacturer of renewable heating, cooling and hot water systems used in residential housing specifications for social housing through local authorities and housing associations as well as new build housing developments by national and regional housebuilders / developers seeks a Specification Sales Manager for their most lucrative region. You will have the responsibility of maintaining and building their relationships with the providers of the largest new build and refurbishment housing projects via national housebuilders and social housing frameworks. They are a global brand name second to none that offers genuine long-term career progression and this is a long term strategic role requiring a highly consultative sales approach.

Experience Required

You must have product specification sales process experience and be currently selling into new build housing via national housebuilders or social housing frameworks with local authorities, councils and housing associations. If you are selling into new build housing sector working with regional housebuilders / developers or social housing regionally then please still apply. The product you have sold is not essential as extensive training will be given and their national sales team have come from a background of selling a variety or different products specified into the domestic residential housing sector. However, it would be an advantage if you understand or have a passion for Net Zero, renewables, sustainability, reducing carbon, SAP, Future Homes Standards and even Passivhaus, as many of their latest renewable products are focused in this significant growth area due to industry legislation and government incentives.

They are an international manufacturer of cutting-edge renewable heating, cooling and hot water systems that are specified into the social housing and new build construction sector. Known for their high quality, precision engineered, innovative products and unrivalled service, the largest local authorities, housing associations and national housebuilders rely on them to help deliver industry compliant energy efficient new build and refurbished housing on retrofit projects.

The Package

Initial indications from the client are a base salary of between £55,000 and £60,000 for the position of Specifications Sales Manager selling renewables into national housebuilders and social housing framework agreements. Furthermore, the position comes with an industry leading and realistic uncapped £90k OTE, company car or car allowance, mobile, laptop, 8% pension contribution and home office.
