Executive Assistant We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to join a top tier leading law firm, supporting their Pensions, Employment, and Incentives team. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing essential support to a busy partner and a team of associates, and trainees. About the Role: You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team by managing a variety of tasks, including: Acting as a gatekeeper and point of contact for the team. Proactively managing complex diaries and organising meetings. Booking travel and preparing itineraries. Supporting events and hospitality arrangements. Drafting and formatting documents, reports, and presentations. Handling billing, time recording, and other financial tasks. Assisting with file management and compliance requirements. This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm), with some flexibility required to meet client and business needs. About You: Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience supporting senior professionals, ideally within a professional services or legal environment. A proactive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
