This position is responsible for the development and execution of an integrated merchandising and inventory management platform that addresses the strategic needs for growth and profitability for all product categories (apparel, footwear, accessories) within the adidas Golf business. Key Responsibilities: Develop seasonal business plans for all adidas Golf product lines, consistent with the brand objectives, outlining the strategic growth expectations, customer segmentation, SKU count projections and sales and margin targets Build seasonal margin plans, ensuring starting margin targets meet company objectives as directed by General Manager, and pricing remains competitive in the marketplace Prepare and execute all product presentations to Key Accounts, Sales Team, and Marketing Partners Build and execute seasonal product line forecast in RAD/RMA, and direct RDP/procurement process Manage and communicate product life cycle calendar for all adidas Golf products Establish a SKU management strategy that will result in an increased level of efficiency for both in-line and out-of-line article usage Proactively manage inventory to achieve planned Days of Sale Lasting (DSL), as outlined by the General Manager Work with Sales Leadership to ensure timely clearance of aged goods in appropriate channels Develop and maintain an ongoing and thorough knowledge of the Canadian golf marketplace, competitive products and marketing activities and deliver detailed market analysis of adidas Golf product categories as required. This would include monthly sales and marketing visits with Sales Team, Sales Leadership and with own team members. Create clear, concise Commercial Input briefs for the global product teams, outlining our market trends, future needs, and potential risks Ensure timely completion of all sales tools Be the voice for Canada with the adidas Golf global product teams Travel to U.S. to participate in range selection and build seasonal collections for the Canadian market Key Relationships (Global): Build and foster relationships with key partners within global product teams in Carlsbad, and other international markets Key Relationships (Internal): Build and foster relationships with key teams in Canada: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Distribution Centre Knowledge Skills and Abilities

: Excellence in software applications such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills with strong command of the English language Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong analytical skills and good decision-making ability Strong knowledge of the Canadian golf market, products, and competitors Ability to travel nationally and internationally on a seasonal basis Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University or college graduate in related field 4 – 6 years of merchandising experience with demonstrated ability to successfully develop and manage multiple product lines AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
