Job Summary The role of Resource Coordinator is to manage all Professional Services Opportunity requests through to completion by scheduling CDW and 3rd party resources based on availability, technical skills & location. Responsible for ensuring the correct commercial & contractual documentation has been completed in line with the set procedures and responding to queries relating to opportunity requests. Key responsibilities Management of Professional Services opportunities, following the triage, scope and acceptance stages Schedule resources by allocating the most appropriate level of resource based on availability, skills, and location Management of resource bookings, ensuring the correct level of documentation is in place, such as a Statement of Works Manage a Professional Services teams utilisation by maintaining the scheduling system to ensure information and forecasting is accurate Work with multiple stakeholders to review and maximise utilisation Validate Sales Orders to ensure the information is displayed correctly and all prerequisites have been met Engage with 3rd Party resource providers, where in-house resources are not available Review reports in power bi and resolve abnormalities to ensure accuracy of data Manage communications with the support team, sales account managers and suppliers through a shared mailbox Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships. Provide cover for other coordinators in the team during absence or busy periods The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
