The Learning Director at PUIG B&F will be responsible for establishing a Learning Center of Excellence (Learning COE), developing and executing a learning strategy and initiatives to support employee development, enhance their performance, and meet organizational objectives. This vital role is designed to transform PUIG B&F into a learning organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development across all functions. The Learning Director will identify the learning needs and priorities across the employee population, oversee the development, implementation and assessment of functional academies, develop and manage the learning portfolio, shape learning communities, coordinate the PUIG B&F onboarding process and content, manage the e-learning system and coordinate partnerships with external vendors. The Learning Director will also assess the impact and outcomes of current learning programs, identify areas for improvement to ensure all learning is relevant, engaging and effective. Furthermore, the Learning Director will develop new initiatives to ensure the organization is continuously improving its learning and development capabilities. The position can be based in Barcelona, London or Paris. What you'll get to do

Develop and Lead the LEARNING COE Establish a comprehensive Learning and Development Center of Excellence that aligns with PUIG B&F's strategic goals. Design and implement a framework for continuous assessment of learning needs and identification of learning priorities for PUIG B&F employees. Create a vision and roadmap for the Learning COE to establish a learning organization. Build a high-performing Learning team capable of delivering innovative, engaging and effective learning solutions. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of Learning initiatives with business objectives. Functional Academies and Learning Portfolio Design and oversee the development, implementation and assessment of functional academies tailored to meet the specific needs of different departments within PUIG B&F, including Retail, Operations and Brands Academy. Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive onboarding process for new PUIG B&F employees, based on feedback and best practices. Develop a diverse, innovative and comprehensive learning portfolio that includes a range of training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules. Ensure that the learning portfolio is continuously updated to reflect the latest industry trends and organizational needs. Measure the effectiveness of the learning programs and make data-driven improvements. Foster the creation of learning communities within the organization to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration. Develop and implement strategies to engage employees in learning communities and encourage active participation. Monitor the success of learning communities and provide support to ensure their sustainability and impact. Manage and Activate the E-Learning System Ensure the e-learning platform is user-friendly, engaging, and provides access to a wide range of learning resources. Monitor the usage and effectiveness of the e-learning system and make necessary adjustments to improve user experience. We'd love to meet you if you have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning, HR or Organizational Development; advanced certifications in Learning preferred. Proven experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on building and leading learning functions. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various learning methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing functional academies, learning portfolios, and e-learning systems. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
