The Firm Our client is a market leading International law firm with unmatched expertise in their field. Their Corporate and Venture Capital team advise some of the world's leading innovators, being hugely prominent in the tech and life sciences sectors, working on some of the most high-profile venture capital financings.
The Role Due to growth, the team is looking to welcome on board a Corporate Solicitor (1-3 PQE) who is interested in developing their venture capital practice. You can expect to work on all aspects of corporate and venture capital work relevant to IP-rich, high-growth technology and life sciences companies. You will represent entrepreneurs, scientists, founders and investors in the venture capital community, as well as some mature businesses. The role will provide you the opportunity to drive forward a particular sector specialism, whilst playing a part in the firm's strategic growth across EU, APAC and US.
Requirements Admitted to practice in England & Wales (1-3 PQE) Previous venture capital experience gained for a leading City firm Passion and interest in the tech and life sciences industries Excellent academics
