Description
Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business profitability.
Participate in strategic planning and forecasting activities.
Analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
Develop budgeting processes and ensure budget adherence.
Identify areas of financial performance improvement.
Provide financial training to the management team as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
Excellent strategic planning and financial forecasting abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Job Offer
An attractive salary package of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 GBP.
