Core Recruiter are recruiting for a Contracts Director for a contractor based in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Director who holds a wealth of construction knowledge in refurbishment and new build construction.
Qualifications/Experience
Relevant qualification in Project Management or Construction Management
Member of the Chartered Institute - Not essential but a bonus
An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques
Experience working on refurbishment and new build projects at a large scale
Working with QS and the contracts team/Managing the contracts team and sub-contractors
Liaising with clients
Monitoring and reporting on project progress
Managing risks
Coordinating and managing the client, contractors, and designers
