In time you will take ownership of a geographical region, expanding your client base, market presence and revenue stream. Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the legal industry. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with new and existing partners. Understand partners' hiring needs and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions. Source potential candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct comprehensive interviews to gauge candidates' skills, experience, and company fit. Manage seamless communication with partners, understanding their recruitment needs and providing regular updates. Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from job brief to offer negotiation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM system. Requirements
A minimum of 24 months of experience as a recruitment consultant. Degree level education. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Aptitude for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Proficiency in time management and organisation. Knowledge of recruitment software and tools. Benefits
