Integrated Non-Custodial services IN-CS are a new suite of services brought together under a prime contract starting in April 2025. AWP will be the prime contractor and will work with 4 other organisations to provide the whole service. This role is pivotal in the safe delivery of services for the client group and in the effective monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators to our commissioners and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be competent in all aspects of data management and have a strong interest/background in safeguarding and investigations. As a service, we strive for clinical excellence, and governance is at the heart of ensuring the safety, quality, and effectiveness of client care. Main duties of the job

To develop and implement systems and processes for managing governance within the IN-CS Partnership, maintaining an overview of compliance and governance-related risks across the partnership, and keeping a central record of all actions required and completed to achieve or maintain compliance with applicable standards, as identified through governance processes. To extract, understand, and translate data from IQ and the National datasets to ensure that reports are presented appropriately. To provide information to team and service managers about their services using all systems available and assist them with the development and implementation of action plans to address lessons learned, recommendations, and gaps in compliance identified through a range of governance processes (e.g., audit, health and safety assessments, service user/carer feedback including complaints, investigations of adverse incidents).
