What you will do: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions. Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes aimed at improving patient independence and quality of life. Collaborate closely with the Hertfordshire Neurological Service and Acquired Brain Injury team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Provide advice and education to patients, families, and carers to support recovery and rehabilitation. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and service development.
