The Potential Opportunity Deliver high-quality, clear, and accessible designs that make an impact. Use top-tier tools to design user journeys and components. Leverage research, data, and feedback to guide your design decisions. Work closely with Content Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Product teams. Present your ideas internally and to client stakeholders with confidence. Share insights with the UX & Design Team and contribute to design community initiatives. About You A solid track record in interaction design or a related field. Proficiency with design systems, style guides, and existing patterns. A knack for balancing stakeholder needs with user-centered design. Skilled with design tools like Sketch, Figma, and InVision. Experience with HTML, Markdown, or other prototyping languages. Familiarity with Agile workflows and scrum methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.2 standards ideally).
