About the Role: Our client is looking for a dedicated and organised Site Administrator to join their team. In this crucial role, you will help ensure the smooth running of daily operations, playing a key part in supporting their environmental initiatives. Your contributions will be essential to the success of our mission, making this a highly rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance across various functions. Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and well-organised records, files, and databases. Communication: Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication. Meeting Coordination: Assist with scheduling and documentation for meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Data Entry: Input data accurately and in a timely manner into relevant systems. Office Management: Support office supply management and ensure operational resources are stocked and organised.

Core Areas of Responsibility: Oversee general administrative tasks to keep the office & site running efficiently. Provide support to teams as needed, adjusting to varying requirements across the site.

Skills & Experience: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external contacts. Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Qualifications: Familiarity with basic office procedures. A keen interest in learning and improving administrative processes.
