Learn more at TradeBeyond.com About the Role TradeBeyond is a global company providing leading solutions to help retailers and brand manufacturers digitize and visualize a transparent and collaborative workflow from plan to pay on one intelligent collaboration solution for the entire enterprise in the Cloud. To accelerate our growth trajectory, we are hiring an SDR Manager to run a new inbound and outbound team. This role will work in close partnership with the marketing and sales teams to leap forward pipeline generation across the world by developing strategies that consistently grow the top of the funnel. As a founding member of our SDR team, you will work directly with the go-to-market leaders to build a stellar team. Responsibilities: Develop and implement multi-channel programs, including digital, email, and call outreach to nurture and generate B2B leads. In collaboration with the marketing and Account Executive teams, research and build lead lists for target customers and ensure alignment of messaging and outreach strategies. Develop metrics to measure outreach efforts and implement pipeline management practices and processes to log all prospect interactions and track follow-up actions. Create operational rigor for consistent and predictable pipeline forecasting to scale our pipeline generation productivity. Build and lead a high-performing SDR team by hiring the right talents and providing training and coaching to the team members. Level up the team by setting clear performance goals and creating a collaborative environment for the SDR teammates to learn, experiment with new customer engagement tools/tactics, and share successful experiences. Requirements At least 5+ years of experience focusing on lead generation and pipeline management. Commercial experience in an enterprise software company selling SaaS/Cloud applications is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a high-performance team and motivate the team to achieve and exceed goals. Excited to build things from scratch - creating playbooks for SDR, operational processes, and reporting systems. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear, persuasive, and impactful communication when engaging with clients and colleagues. High-energy motivator with strong ownership and accountability to power through in a fast-paced environment.
