If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Apprentice to join our company. About the role An enthusiastic apprentice who will work under the direction, guidance, and supervision of an experienced mentor to support the delivery of excellent refurbishment, repairs, and maintenance service, whilst working to achieve a number of skills and qualifications. The employee will be based out of our Coatbridge office. The primary responsibility will be taking customer calls. This is done individually, but there is a team around for support and advice throughout the working day. Accountabilities: Receiving inbound calls from customers/service users Sending and responding to email communication Logging and investigating repairs Completing assignments – apprenticeship (2 hours a day provided towards working on assignments) These assignments will be customer service-based and will often relate to the work they are currently doing within their job role Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours Per Week Role Criteria: Functional skills in both Math’s and English The ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology, and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks The ability to understand and interpret work instructions Be able to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
