We are seeking a professional and personable Doorman to provide exceptional service at our luxury residential building. The Doorman will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience while maintaining the safety and security of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
Open doors and assist with packages, deliveries, and luggage as needed.
Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
Conduct weekly safety checks as required, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
Coordinate with building management and staff to address resident needs and concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
Respond to emergencies and follow established safety protocols.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday:
7:30 AM – 11:30 AM & 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday:
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, polished, and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment preferred.
