An exciting opportunity to join us as an

Accounts Payable Assistant

as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond by managing payments and communications with key suppliers across the entire landscape of the business.

Responsibilities

End to end processing of supplier invoices through Continia and Business Central software. Assist with invoice and payment queries across different functions and departments within the company. Processing retail and support office employee expense claims ensuring items are appropriately posted with relevant support, correct VAT accounting and in line with company policy. Monitor vendor approvals process and action where required. Take ownership of preparation of weekly payment runs across multiple currencies and banks. Engaging with suppliers on an ongoing basis and reconciling supplier/vendor accounts. Provide insights into weekly and monthly aged creditors. Effective collaboration with finance team and wider business. Support over month end close and ability to work to deadlines.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 1-2 years experience in accounts payable. Proactive approach to working and desire to learn. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to be on-site up to 3 days a week. Retail/multisite experience preferred. Experience in Business Central and SAP preferred. Experience working with Continia invoice scanning preferred.
