Regional Refrigeration Service Supervisor

Following recent success of large-scale projects being awarded and increased service opportunities across the UK within multiple sectors since a management restructure within Pennine Refrigeration Services, an exciting opportunity has risen within the service team. We are looking for a Regional Service Supervisor to lead our growing dynamic service team from our northern office. As a Regional Service Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day operations of our engineering team from the Leeds office, ensuring high standards of service delivery, maintaining efficient workflows, and supporting both clients and engineers, either remotely or site-based. The candidate must have proven experience within large commercial & industrial applications (C02 & ammonia desirable).
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of engineers to ensure the effective delivery of services. Allocate tasks, oversee progress, and ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget. Maintain strong client relationships and resolve any operational issues. Assist the Head of Service in the development and training of the engineering teams across the UK. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. What we offer:

Qualified and proven experience in large commercial & industrial refrigeration (C02 & ammonia desirable). Previous experience in a supervisory role is desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
