In this role, you will provide general administrative support to the Global Controller - Asset Management, the EMEA Treasurer, the Head of CTI LFO - EMEA/APAC, and the Head of Controllership - EMEA/APAC.

You should expect traditional PA responsibilities with the opportunity to get involved with tasks in the wider team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to expand the role and make it their own! How you'll spend your time... Responsible for diary management, including arranging internal and external meetings, calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones. Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues. Support the wider cultural integration e.g. help with subjects for Townhalls, coordinate feedback, run the 'get to know' initiative. Supports the coordination of materials for key meetings. Plan, book, and arrange all travel. Communicating with support functions in London. Processing invoices and liaising with the Accounts Payable teams. Prepares and processes expenses on time. Taking minutes for team meetings as required. Provide a professional and confident representation of the EMEA Finance business unit. Handles highly sensitive correspondence and information in a confident manner. Build effective working relationships across the business. Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required. To be successful in this role you will have... Proven experience in a similar role. Financial Services experience would be ideal. Fluency in business English, written and spoken. Strong administration, organisational, and time management skills. Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. Great verbal and written communication skills. Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks.
