Adverse Specialist Mortgage Adviser
The role:
We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to provide exceptional levels of advice and customer service within our retail operation. First Mortgage are the UK’s number 1 rated* mortgage broker and this is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join our award-winning team.
Experience in the role and a passion for providing exceptional customer service is a must. The successful candidate must be fully CeMAP qualified and have experience in providing face-to-face client mortgage and protection advice specialising in adverse mortgage lending.
You will be guaranteed a minimum of 20 pre-qualified appointments per month, combined with fee-free advice and a 5-star rated service, meaning First Mortgage is the place to be for ambitious and talented mortgage & protection advisers. We would be open to both employed and self-employed options for this role.
You will:
Have a strong knowledge of adverse Mortgage lenders
Be able to clearly describe the First Mortgage value proposition and the benefits to clients
Be highly confident in providing protection advice to complement the mortgage and maximise case size
Have a minimum of 2 years face-to-face specialist mortgage experience
Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector
Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards
Be available to work evenings and weekends to offer customers appointments to suit their needs
Have a dedicated Case Manager to process client cases through to successful completion
Be passionate and have the strong desire to grow your customer base
Be fully CeMAP qualified
