Oversee and manage daily accounting processes and procedures. Prepare and analyse financial reports for management. Maintain and reconcile balance sheets. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Liaise with external auditors and manage internal controls. Support the development of company financial goals and objectives. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and practices.
Profile A successful Management Accountant should have:
Recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance. Proven track record in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and practices. In-depth understanding of financial data analysis and forecasting. Strong proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team management skills.
