$50,000 – $56,000 annually DOE What You’ll Be Doing: Providing operational and administrative support to the Account Manager for Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). Coordinating with brokers and groups to ensure insurance policies are compliant and up to date. Conducting audits of policies and assisting with special projects. Offering top-tier client support by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Utilizing tools like Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and DocuSign to streamline operations. What You’ll Need to be Considered: 1-2 years of support experience in the insurance industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. A proven track record of directly interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
