This is a great opportunity for someone to be a part of our high performing and highly valued team, within our Group CIO Transformation function, which plays a key role in supporting our change community delivering Aviva's strategy.

A bit about the job: You will be working at the heart of our strategic programmes, or across a change portfolio, setting the standards and being the source of tools, governance approaches and guidance. You will steer programmes towards excellent delivery through application of the right governance, planning, risk, issues and financial management.

As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will provide day to day support and leadership to a range of change stakeholders for complex and large-scale programmes across the key PMO pillars of Oversight, Insight, Foresight, Hindsight. We proactively highlight deviations, trends and issues ahead of time, identify themes and areas for investigation to support delivery, provide confidence that change is managed to clear risk tolerances within an effective system for predictable, no surprises delivery, as well as act on behalf of the funding boards to ensure agreed investment money is spent appropriately and action is taken where it is not.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; knows when to appropriately challenge and influence decisions using data and fact-based insights Clear skills across all PMO pillars (reporting, finance, governance, risks/issues, planning, insight/challenge, change framework, Technology and MI) Self-starter, able to operate with minimal line intervention, accountable for managing own workload to successful conclusion Good understanding of key change management tools e.g. Planview, JIRA, and demonstrable PMO experience
