Equifind are supporting a global property investment group to recruit an Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager to join their London operation. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role offers the opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team while taking on a diverse range of responsibilities. These include overseeing transaction processing, payments, CIS returns, project management, and driving the streamlining and improvement of processes. This is a dynamic and multifaceted position, ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact across various financial and operational functions. Key Responsibilities: Management of team (3 employees) including training, development, retention and recruitment. Oversee financial operations across several entities, with intercompany funding and reconciliation complexities. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing of invoices, CIS returns, payments, and intercompany postings. Lead improvements and maintain excellence in financial systems, with particular expertise required in Yardi software. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and maintain compliance across all financial processes. Collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term financial objectives. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a similar finance management role, ideally within a property-based business. A minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of property management software (Yardi, Qube, MRI etc). Proven team management with ability to motivate people in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage large transaction volumes and complex reconciliations. Willingness to work 3 days a week in the office (not contractual) and adapt to the needs of the business.
