Synergy Complex Care is seeking a kind, compassionate, and dedicated assistant to support our Clinical Lead Nurse.
The ideal applicant should have a full driving licence with access to a vehicle and be prepared to travel within the Southwest Region.
This is a challenging and varied role.
Your skill set should include:
Practical knowledge of Medication Management.
Experience of dealing with Complex Care clients, their families, and associated staff.
PC literacy.
Ability to assist with practical training sessions.
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Awareness of Confidentiality and Safeguarding.
You will be required to learn and use multiple cloud-based systems for which full training is provided.
