Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor Location: Yorkshire and surrounding areas Role: Permanent Due to large contract wins, my client is currently looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor for the Yorkshire and surrounding areas. Their team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and water safety across the UK. This is a mobile role with suitable administration time being provided from the Home or Office in line with workflow. Reporting to senior leadership team with direct line manager being the Operations Director. Purpose of role: To support in the operational delivery of all services which our client provides to their clients. Support operational teams in line with the requirements of the business. Strive to consistently improve service offerings to our clients, exceeding delivery expectations. Support in the improvement of technical offerings, where required. Foster a collaborative working environment to embrace consistent business improvement. Key Responsibilities: Full ownership and accountability of all works. Service delivery, as required by the needs of the business. Completing PPM tasks in line with the relevant guidance. Undertaking Clean & Disinfections of water systems as required. Completing and producing Legionella Risk Assessments. Producing accurate line drawings for schematic production. Undertaking water sampling & reporting via analysis by UKAS accredited Laboratory. Completing site inspections of water systems. Producing accurate technical report documents. Working to agreed schedules and SLAs, as required. Offering a first-class service to all customers, ensuring that all works completed are in line with industry guidelines and customer specifications. Completing documentation, data input, and administrative tasks. Additional Service Activities: Temperature monitoring & other PPM tasks. Record keeping, completing in-house service records and site log books. Training site staff to undertake temperature monitoring. Agreements and Understandings: Meet agreed report delivery and production targets. Deliver works to the required standard. Conduct yourself professionally at all times in line with the business. Maintain full confidentiality of the management team. Travel in line with the needs of the business. Stay away from home in line with the needs of the business. Abide by Health & Safety Rules and Regulations. Stay up to date with industry guidance & changes.
